At Bryxaneli S.A. we value the privacy of users who access bryxaneli.com. This document describes how personal data is collected, processed and protected, in line with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the provisions in force from the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).

Bryxaneli S.A., CUIT 30-71649258-1, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, City of Buenos Aires (C1043AAZ), Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through bryxaneli.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data that the user voluntarily provides through the subscription form (name and email address), as well as technical data generated by browsing (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and date of visit).
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to send informational communications on Argentine real estate crowdlending, market analysis and project updates, and to measure site use and improve content. We do not build profiles with legal effects nor do we sell data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent given when completing the form and accepting this policy, in accordance with article 5 of Law 25,326.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by infrastructure, email delivery and web analytics providers engaged by Bryxaneli S.A., acting as processors under written instructions and equivalent confidentiality obligations.
6. International transfers
Certain providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases we require equivalent safeguards of protection under applicable Argentine regulations.
7. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the subscription remains active and for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from the last effective contact with the user, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
8. Rights of data subjects
The data subject may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and erasure by writing to privacidad@bryxaneli.com. The AAIP, headquartered at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, 2nd floor, City of Buenos Aires, is the supervisory authority for compliance with Law 25,326.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction, including encryption in transit and access controls.
